Issues: notify errors with a single line of code

Bugfender Issues create trackable items like “tickets” for sessions that contain information for a human being should review.

This can be based on a user-triggered action, like a support form being filled, or a failed assertion within your code:

Bugfender.sendIssue("Something's wrong", "Details of the error here...")

Integrations

By default Bugfender sends an e-mail to every developer with access to the application. However this is a behavior that can be customized with Zapier integrations.

Here is a list of the integrations we believe can be more useful to you.

How does it work?

Issues create a mark in a session, similar to a ticket in an issue-tracking software, that will be added to a list that you can check. Also these sessions are always sent to Bugfender, even if the device logging is not enabled in the Bugfender website.

If you want to look into the code, you can check at our SDK documentation for iOS and for Android.
