What do I get with the free plan?
You can record up to 100,000 log lines every day which are retained for 24 hours.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For yearly plans, we can also accept payments via PayPal or wire transfer - just get in touch.
Do you offer On-Premises and Private Instances?

What is your SLA?
Premium plans have an SLA of 99.95% monthly uptime on the provided service and 8 business hours initial response time on support (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 UTC). In the event of violation, compensation is provided in form of a discount applicable on the next purchase for 24 times the time in violation.
Other plans do not have an SLA, but we make an effort to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours.
