Each plan comes with a pre-reserved monthly log amount. If you need more logs, you can enable a pay as you go budget that lets you go beyond your base plan up to a limit you define. Once both your reserved logs and your PAYG budget are used, logging pauses for the rest of the month so you never face unexpected bills.

Premium plans have an SLA of 99.95% monthly uptime on the provided service and 8 business hours initial response time on support (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 UTC).
In the event of violation, compensation is provided in form of a discount applicable on the next purchase for 24 times the time in violation.

Other plans do not have an SLA, but we make an effort to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours.
